Room was comfortable. Had some plumbing issues that were promptly fixed. Bathroom was not overly clean. When room was freshened no towels were left, had to call front desk. Hotel is located a bit out of the action so long walks to get anywhere

This was a very nice hotel, to me. Check-in was easy, staff were all great, loved the location. I was able to walk to see a ton of sights and getting back to the room was great because it was cozy. Great experience, especially for the price.

We stayed 4 nights at the hotel and had a comfortable stay. Room was clean and spacious for the two of us. Bathroom was great but shower pressure was quite low. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant which was fine. All staff we engaged with were friendly and hospitable. There were lots to choose from on the menu. Parking was available but does come at a cost of £10 a night, but at least it was onsite parking.

Great experience

My husband and I visited Edinburgh for 3 days. We had a great experience at Leonardo hotel. The room is spacious, clean and well presented. Housekeeping was done regularly.The tea and coffee tray in our room was replenished every day. Breakfast buffet was really good there was a wide variety of food selection. My husband was always looking forward to having hot meals in the morning. The staff were all attentive, polite and friendly. I highly recommend this property. Definitely booking another stay at Leonardo Hotel when I come back to Edinburgh.
