The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were great. They were really nice and helpful, especially Jamie, who had a great attitude and made sure to fix a problem with our food order.

A comfortable convenient hotel

Room was ok ,staff fantastic, breakfast was adequate but would of liked a warm plate for my cooked breakfast, that was the only fault. Hotel is on the bus route too go into the center of Edinburgh which only takes 35 minutes to princess street.

I stayed for 2 nights and all of the staff I met were very pleasant and helpful but the hotel seemed in need of a bit of an upgrade. Location was great. I arrived at the airport and took the tram to 100 meters from the hotel. There was a tram every 6/7 mins so very easy to get into the city centre.

Only let down was breakfast.. 1st morning plenty of food available allbeit hot options were lukewarm..2nd morning arrived at 9am, no hot food out, took 20mins to be replenished, by that time we were ready to leave.....showers excellent
