Everything was great, hotel look beautiful and the breakfast was amazing. The only problem it’s the TV which is super old, and actually someone from the reception had to come to turn it off and on again ‘cause wasn’t working.

Hampton stay
Great clean, comfortable, spacious room with a very comfortable bed and amazing pillows. Although the hotel was busy and directly by a busy airport, it was very quiet so we slept well. The food was good but some staff training required.

The bed was uncomfortable because the sheet was not tucked in properly and the top sheet and blanket were tucked in to chest level leaving my shoulders cold. Sloppy maintenance.

The room was standard clean and comfortable. Staff not very friendly and restaurant not recommended (dirty seating, ordering system had many confused [Hey, how about signs explaining the process?], and food mediocre at best).

PRO: beautiful room, comfy bed, room WIFI, complimentary breakfast, conveniently located across the road from airport terminal. CON: On initial walk in, found room mirror not cleaned, long hair in washroom sink, and toilet seat had some over-splash of dried Pooh on the sitting piece… Went to Lobby and sat at the bar, ordered pasta and a beer, paid; waited about 15 minutes and inquired if I was getting my beer; bartender had forgotten… Received my meal not long after; pasta was still hard from being undercooked and sauce was extremely watery… Throughout this trip, I had better experiences in hotels with half the cost… The hotel looks great, but I wouldn’t pay to stay there again; there are many other options…

A relaxing pre or post flight stay
Arrived after a late flight home to a smiling receptionist who assured us the non feather bedding we requested was in place, Room very clean, comfortable and quiet despite hotel being really busy at breakfast. Good choice at breakfast and plenty of tables. Staff working hard to replenish items. Will stay again on future trips
