I needed a place close to the airport, and this was terrific. 5 minute walk to the airport. Very easy to get into Edinburgh center, as well. Decent food/drink options, friendly staff and clean, quiet room.

A bit of mold in shower and not the friendliest of staff but were helpful when dropping our bags when arriving early in the day. Nice modern look with decent breakfast. We did not like having to walk 9 minutes to the airport in the driving rain, but otherwise okay.
