Excellent hotel. Very nice reception staff. V g location. Only note of constructive feedback I’d give is that by time I got to breakfast at 10 am the bowls of fresh fruit were empty and there were only crusts left to toast. I appreciate that might have been temporary.

The hotel is close to Waverley Station and the Edinburgh Tram stop on St. Andrew's Square and the Hop on Hop off bus starts just across the street. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

A Lovely Escapade

It was absolutely lovely! Very close to Edinburgh Waverley and some lovely restaurants. Calton Hill is right next door as well. The front desk staff was very helpful, and the room was plush and clean. We wish we could stay longer!

Stayed here with my 11 year old Grandson and he loved it. We used the pool which he really enjoyed and breakfast was lovely. Location was perfect and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

This is a nice hotel!!! We had excellent customer service, especially with the assistant manager David. The hotel itself is very clean inside. The classy vibe you get from the lobby extends to the rooms. It's walking distance to tonnes of restaurants, the Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and Edinburgh Castle. I found the breakfast buffet expensive for what they were offering, so we ate at a local cafe on the same block. There's a tunnel from the train station to the hotel, which we didn't know about until after check-in, but we used it upon check-out. The rooms are sound-proofed well, so we had an undisturbed night's sleep. I would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous place to stay in Edinburgh! We stayed there for 2 nights and we both loved it! The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the train station. It’s also extremely close to the shopping centre and Calton Hill. Food at the restaurant is delicious! Freshly prepared breakfast and great selection of pastries, fruit and cold meats & cheese. Dinner menu whilst not extensive is also top notch! We were dining there on both nights during our stay and we really enjoyed it! The bar has a great selection of cocktails and spirits. It also has a very relaxing atmosphere. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Great powerful shower, massive bathtub and super cosy bed! The pool although small is a great add on facility. At last the biggest asset of the hotel was the staff! From the very first welcoming smile at reception and through the stay they were all extremely friendly, polite and welcoming. A special shout out for Mayada (I hope this is spelled correctly). A fabulous team member who is a real credit to the organisation. We will definitely return!

Lovely hotel with friendly staff in an excellent location, hand for airport transit and sight-seeing. Breakfast was great, and the room was perfect for working, which was essential for me on this trip. Special mention to the little rubber duck that greeted me on arrival, what a lovely touch : )

Fabulous stay in this brilliant location. About 50 metres from one of the exits to Waverley Station to the rear entrance of the hotel. The front entrance is beside the city tour bus stops and Princes Street is about 100 metres away. We checked in on-line however as we arrived early we wanted to drop our bags while we went out to explore Edinburgh. Unfortunately we had to wait in a queue for about 10 minutes as there were a lot of people checking in.
