Our experience at Apex Waterloo was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and courteous, making us feel welcome the moment we arrived. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and even though we got there a bit early, the front desk team kindly offered to store our luggage so we could start exploring the city right away. One unexpected but delightful surprise was the large bathtub in our room — the perfect way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Room service exceeded our expectations as well, with delicious meals delivered promptly. I truly can't say enough good things about the team at Apex Waterloo. Their hospitality made our stay unforgettable, and we will absolutely be returning on our next visit!

Beautiful luxurious hotel on the busy princess street. Rooms are modern and beautiful, comfortable and functional. Loved the fact that it had a pool and sauna. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location, right on the border of old town, easy to reach royal mile and other beautiful sights of Edinburgh. Tour bus stops are right outside the hotel too.

Great stay

Our room was on 9th floor and had a great view. There was not a towel warmer nor self laundry on site. They were able to store our luggage while we took a 2 day Highland tour. We were returning for another two nights.
