We loved our view of the Castle. The area was so easily walkable to the Royal Mile, up beautiful Victoria Street. There was ample night life in Grassmarket on the weekend, so we didn’t have to venture far. Would definitely stay here again!

First we were given keys to an already occupied room. Then a car alarm in the car park sounded for more than an hour starting at 2:00 am, preventing further sleep. Then the fire alarm went off at 5:30 so we had to evacuate. Let back in, the alarm went off again. Since we had an early flight we packed up and left at 6:00am. Total of four hours sleep. I will be requesting a refund.
