The hotel rooms need a refresh; the rooms are outdated, the hallways need new carpeting, the rooms lack refinement and personality, and the carpet needs to be shampooed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was excellent. I am sure when it opened, it was a boutique hotel, but not a lot has been done since, especially in the rooms. However, the lobby was nice and up-to-date. Spend some money on updating the rooms

I'm very angry! When I used Travelocity to book my stay on 4/2/2025 my total after room and taxes was $480 for the two nights. When I got to the hotel they inflated my price and I was charged $542.62. I have proof of both totals and when I tried to get help at the Lismore to correct the problem they told me it wasn't their issue and I needed to work with Travelocity to get my money back. They didn't offer to help and just charged me what they wanted.

Great location. But price over the top. $200 per night. Poor instructions on where to park (failed to mention ABOVE LEVEL A!) oops. Parked there and couldn’t use the hotel parking elevator. Grimy stair well access only. Room refrigerator didn’t work. Unisex bathroom near lobby “Out of Order”. Staff not well trained. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Beautiful Eau Claire Hotel

Beautiful hotel and room. Friendly staff. Convenient location for shopping, restaurants, and college visits. Parking is next door in city parking garage (6'10" vehicle height limit and EV charging spots). Parking was free for us (hotel recorded license plate number). I would stay here again.
