we are over 75 yrs of age(78 and 79) and yes they had an elevator but our room was a long walk down the hall.They did allow us to check in 30 min early and that was appreciated.They were polite. When we got there we had to wait and use the phone (there was no answer) and check in and out. The stains on the chair cushion were on both sides and we choose to not sit in it.The breakfast was good.

very run down
i made a reservation for my husband here because i thought super 8's were usually pretty nice but he said it was very run down and the mattress was very thin and the pillows were thin and threadbare.

Well brought my kids to college stayed here only to be woken by about 30 illegals partying in the parking lot. Not to mention one of them beating his wife in the room. Than the cops were called and got maybe 3 hrs of sleep because my kids were scared to death. Unreal. Tried to get a refund or a free night and nope nothing. Probably wont be staying thee again

We had 2 rooms, 2 people per room. 1 room had only 1 towel, a half empty bottle of the complimentary shampoo, and what appeared to be mold in a lampshade. Both rooms had fingerprints on the windows. Overall, pretty disappointing.

Very disappointed in our stat overall. The sink stopper was broken, so we couldn't use the sink the first day. The tub drain didn't work, so the tub filled up with water, so it was standing water for a shower. Has front desk up to fix both issues and only the sink problem was resolved. Front desk very unfriendy- didn't acknowledge us when we came in and out of walked up to the desk, me we smiled (there was a sign at the front desk for the employees to smile more- ironically!). We got stuck on the elevator and no one came to help or seemed to care when we told them about it. The TV only played 1 channel and the same 2 movies were playing the entire 3 day stay. They didn't have any towels the 2nd day of our stay and told me I'd have to wait for them to be washed and dried. The front door was not automatic, so we had to bring luggage in and out through the double set of doors that wouldn't open or stay open. It was a convenient location. We did receive a discount after I complained to the manager. Would not stay there again.
