Really nice facility, lots to do. Good water park for young kids. 4 year old loved the lazy river and pool. Wish the water slides were a little more thrilling. I'd say great water park for 10 & under!

This is a newer hotel, it looks nice, and it was clean. Everyone there was friendly. We were there Tues, Wed, Thurs. I got a phone call to let me know the water park was closed, which was disappointing, but we went anyway. I did not realize the restaurants in the resort were also closed. We received coupons for breakfast and lunch, but couldn’t use them. There were a bunch of things that were really inconvenient - things that were missing that have been included in most hotel stays at this price. In room coffee, continental breakfast, USB ports, etc. We had a room with 2 queen beds. There were 6 light switches all around the room, and the light was still really insufficient. I tried to turn the heat up a few degrees, but the a/c wouldn’t switch off and we were cold. I got an ok deal on my stay. It was better than some places I’ve stayed, but if I were going to Eau Claire again, if I could find a decent place with breakfast & coffee I would probably go there instead. For a family, I am sure the water park and everything else would more than compensate for the little oddities.

The rooms were very clean and spacious. There were 8 in our party plus one dog with three separate rooms. All rooms were spacious enough so we could all gather in one room.
