Very nice place to stay. Although the AC was set at 68 degrees in our room, the carpet, bedding, towels felt damp and even our clothing. Was surprised that there was no AC on in the hallways or elevator. Did not like the brand of bar soap and toilet paper provided. We went out and purchased our own products. Would stay here again, because the staff was great and the room suite accommodations are wonderful. Will be staying here again.

We had a very comfortable stay at GrandStay Suites! The room was very roomy and clean. It was nice to have the bedroom separate from the living room/ kitchen. Very clean.

The bed in 101 was awful felt every time you moved sunk down in the middle air vent blew right on your face in bed advised lady at check out she wasn’t to concerned made excuses that beds were new 2 years ago and since they are an extended stay hotel maybe 1 person slept in there a long time not very professional

We come to relax in pool and hot tub but unfortunately that wasnt the case as we werent told that hot tub was not in working condition when we booked room. Very dissappointing

I have stayed here many times. It’s very conveniently located, staff is wonderful, it’s clean and the rooms are very nice. It’s due for a renovation but that has zero affect on the quality of the stay! Great job GrandStay!

good space but needs updating
this hotel has potential but is very outdated. the price is right and we wanted a two room suite which is hard to find so that’s how we ended up here. the amount of space was good. it smelled old and musty, like a nursing home. the hallways and common areas look like they have been updated but the room needs new carpet, new mattresses, and an overall update. again, the space was good, even in the bathroom, but the overall decor and furniture could use an upgrade. the pool is very small. if the only one in it then it’s fine. the hot tub was small and the jets were broken. the exercise room has three machines only. the breakfast was lacking. a single waffle iron, biscuits and gravy, and a few cold items. the front desk person at check in was very nice. the morning front desk was hard to find. no towels in the pool area and no front desk person around. at check out had to call out to the back where the front desk person was chatting with someone for a long while. for the price and space it was fine, but not sure i’d stay again unless they update. good potential.
