Bottom shelf of fridge was so dirty. Unsure why only 1 trash bag left in kitchen area so our trash overflowed. The hot tub has been down since fall with temp being too hot and no jets working. Plus no pool towels so had to go to desk. Should have had paper towels for spills in kitchen and should have unloaded the dishwasher. That was tacky.

The room did not look like the pictures on the site. The toilet was clogged, missing light bulbs, the room was dirty. The TV did not work. We were not happy. We have stayed at Grandstay before this was not even close.
