There was no housekeeping during our three day stay. It was advertised to include daily housekeeping, and the plaque on the mirror claimed daily housekeeping as well. But, no housekeeping. I asked the front desk clerk, she said "Well we're Wyndham Green so it's every three days". But the mirror plaque is branded Wyndham Green and says "daily" and the Expedia site says "daily". So, false advertising and the place does not warrant its expensive rate when you consider how dirty it is and that there's no housekeeping.

This hotel was in desperate need of a good cleaning. Beds were fine and A/C worked, but the floors were dirty, the linens were not in the best shape, and the walls and mirrors were also dirty. The housekeeping was very poor overall.

Doors between rooms did not open or close easily. Pool unavailable. Killed cockroach in bathroom. Floors were not vacuumed or swept… cockroach remained in bathroom floor when we returned. Breakfast was subpar - bacon and sausage was soaking in grease. Decided to go out to eat both days.

Staff was really friendly and helpful on any requests. I think you should let us know that on weekends there is no maid service. Not sure if you can request it, but we really didn't need it other than the towels. With today's economy it is understandable if you stay more than 1 day you don't need maid service everyday. Other than a heads up everything was excellent

Worth the stop

Great service, friendly staff. This is the nicest La Quintabwe have stayed in. Good breakfast with real eggs, bacon and sausage.

Pool and hot tub not working. Workout room nothing worked. We had a suite and the furniture was terrible I never seen so many not working signs. Staff was very nice but hotel has never been updated

La quinta showcases its very clean and professional they nightly charge is high priced for what the actual services are. Room walls and hallway walls are very dirty some of there exit doors didn’t work. The swimming pool amenities also didn’t work. La Quinta should be ashamed of themselves for charging premium price and not giving the same service in return……

Do not stay here filthy!!!

Filthy will not stay here again. The nalls were not vacuumed and the carpet in halls and rooms stained. Mold in bathroom Shower. Just old unkept and pretty much filthy

We stayed overnight for a nearby event and were very pleased! We were warmly greeted as soon as the doors opened, and every time we walked past an employee we received a smile and a sincere greeting. The room was neat and well-kept. Breakfast was awesome as well. Would absolutely stay again!

We drove 3 hours to meet a family member here. Upon arrival we found that the rooms are filthy. We thought we would hang out poolside and in the hot tub but told they were closed. Very disappointed. I have video and pictures if you would like to have them. I plan on contacting the better business bureau to further my complaint. Unsanitary room!!! Trash and stuff left in refrigerator. Walls so dirty. Pill on floor. Dog pee on the bottom of the bed frame. I could go on and on- very disappointed and spent way too much money for this. And my cousin that is staying here got double charged and she is still trying to figure that out. Thanks for ruining my family union!!! So sad
