Its a 2.5 star..good breakfast..grounds are clean..rooms were clean...but my room was frezzing cold no heat control..asked for a space heater..no response..not good when your traveling with a child..found a book bag in my room that wasnt mine after returning from shopping??..and i was never refunded my 100 room deposite..left messages..no respinse

We upgraded to a king suite to have a sofa bed but the couch didn't open because the space was too small... I paid $30 more to upgrade to have an extra bed and it was useless... I went to the front desk to see if we could move to a room with a bed that opened but he said they were all the same size... how can you advertise a sofa bed when it doesn't open? Our room was updated but the sofa was old and dirty. The property is in really rough shape, lobby was nice but mostly everything else was damaged and/or old. The only reason I didn't give a zero is because the entire staff was very very nice.

Property was under renovation. Check in was quick and easy, staff were good. Room had marks where they were touching up paint, bathroom door didn’t close properly and shower was cold. We were only there quickly before catching a flight so made the best of the few hours but would look for other hotels in the area next time we travel.

The room was very hot. I set the thermostat to 50 degrees and the temperature remained at 70+ degrees all night. and blew hot air no cool air at all. Also, the walls are very thin, and it is not pleasant hearing the people next door using the bathroom.

First, and most importantly - the room was incredibly clean!! No complaints there. Staff was also super friendly!! The air conditioner in the rooms did not work - so the rooms never got below 80. A little warm for sleeping. Also a weird concern, but an important one when travelling with teenagers - the tv was rough. The channel guide didn’t match what was on the channels so you have to scroll over 100 channels to try and find what you want. TV’s appeared to be super old. Fire alarm went off one morning, due to the dust from renovations so that was annoying. Would I stay again? Yes, if I was just looking for a clean place to sleep. If you are looking for somewhere to relax for several hours before sleeping, I’m not sure this is the place.

The room did not have any hot water for the first 36 hours. Had to go into a different room to shower, but was not able to switch rooms. The heat also did not work, it was 85 degrees in the room. Management had to bring us a fan.

I very much enjoyed the location and the ease to get to the location directly off I-90. I was pleased with the vaulted ceilings of the lobby area. Nice that dining seating is close to the entrance. The sliding door entrance was very helpful too! The easy access parking was a bonus. I also appreciated the studio style room, the refrigerator was clean & spacious. The healthier aspect of no carpet is appreciated but a functional heating unit is a must.

Very nice, better than we anticipated! It smelled clean and looked inviting when we checked in. The hall of the room we stayed in also smelled nice and was clean. Our was very nice. Everything seemed clean. The only complaint we had was the bed was uncomfortable and VERY squeaky. Couch was comfy and overall the room had a modern feel.

First room they put us in was not even cleaned from previous people. Next room, we did not have hot water -this was not realized until the morning we needed to shower and leave for an event - no shower. It was fixed when we returned that evening, but the room has not been cleaned. We asked for credit on room for 1st night. After multiple attempts, calls & emails to request credit, they have done nothing - no response from GM Richard
