Alicia was great! Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but a bit cluttered with an extra desk, the mattress was a bit worn and the rug needs replacing. The staff was great!

My vacation that went upside down

My stay was kind of a vacation in sorts. We had some issues the first day about my cat getting under the bed. That was resolved. The staff was super friendly, courteous and professional. I had to stay a few extra days and they made sure my stay was flawless. A very nice stay.

Captets wornout/stained. Breakfast is moe grap and go. Disappointed that there ws no rest room in the lobby. Even though we were in the processs of paper work for our stay; my husband needed to use the rest room and was told that there is no restroom available. I understand this circumstance for folks who walk in simply for that reason but for a prominent guest not assigned a room yet to be subjected to this tone-deaf inconvenience is disappointing osay the least.

Great Stay

An excellent stay. The room was clean, staff was fantastic. They served a light breakfast which consisted of granola bars, muffins, fruit cups, tea, coffee, apple juice, and orange juice. It was extremely quiet and I will be coming back.

The rooms, bathroom are clean. Beds, pillows are comfortable. It’s clean however the rooms could use some paint, new carpet. Breakfast advertised as limited light and that is correct: packaged muffins in a variety of flavors, granola bars, coffee, tea, orange and apple juice and water. It’s good and works for a quick bite to eat. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The price is right and it was a comfortable three nights. There’s been major road construction going on in the area of the hotel for quite some time making it a little tricky to navigate but it’s doable. I’d stay there again.
