The exterior of the property is a little aged BUT the interior was brand new and very nicely done. Gourmet kitchen for a full chef an̈d full size dinner table! 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms across 3 floors, made for an awesome base for shawnee ski mountain adventures!

This was the best stay at this property and the 3 bedroom loft was absolutely wonderful, spacious and beautiful! I have stayed at the property many times before under previous ownership and this was the best. The only recommendation I have is to add a vanity and chair in the master bedroom of the 3 bedroom loft and also to better communicate when Blue lightening closes early. We had friends come with us just for the day to snow tube at the 6-8pm session, however, when we got there, they closed early although we had called ahead.

Nice place with full kitchen option and big space, it’s like renting a private house but part of a hotel, each room has a parking spot in front which is very convenient Close to shopping and a lot of activities The most annoying part is the checkout which has to be at 10 am, I hope they change this part

We requested a renovated unit based on past reviews. Ours was great 2-bedroom 3-floor villa with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Laminated floors, granite kitchen counters, nice shower water pressure.10 minutes from Shawnee mountain and a bunch or restaurants. No complains.

This was our first time here. My family and I loved our stay here, the staff was so friendly and nice, to the point that they would give us one courtesy call each day to see how we were doing. When we needed anything, they would provide it right away. Our unit was clean and very organized.

The villa was PERFECT! So grateful we got to enjoy a white Christmas. We went sledding down all the hills, it was AMAZING!!! Villa was the perfect size for a family of 4. We stayed at a renovated studio and we were very comfortable.
