For a new hotel, the common areas (hallways mainly) appeared not well maintained. A prime example of this was what appeared to be large water stains on the carpets.

Lights come on automatically based on motion which is annoying when you have a family in the room and someone gets up during night for restroom. There was also a blinking light on smoke detector. And only three towels in room when we’d made a reservation for four (a pet peeve of mine). That said it’s clean and staff was friendly.

Great, new property. I really loved it. The only downer was the check in process- the woman who assisted us seemed really unwelcoming and unhappy. It's a shame as our experience could have been perfect if she was more customer focused.
