The dinner options were limited for a vegetarian. There wasnt a single choice that didnt have meat. The kitchen did do me a vege pad thai however.

This property is tired and needs an update. I couldn’t open the window in my room as the handle had broken and when asking reception, they advised no maintenance staff were available. Too many stairs and no elevators no matter what level you were on. Breakfast is excellent though.

Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Only improveme nt my wife suggests is better lighting in bathroom. With all lighting on she found it too dark to apply makeup.

Good value in park surrounds

good value hotel in lovely park surrounds and airy ambiance . Very roomy common areas with airy outlook and attractive pool area. Our room was compact but modern and very clean . Only negative was an extra bed but no comfortable chairs .

Would I stay again? Probably not.

The room was small and cramped, the bed which was unable to be moved was too close to the window and no bedside table on one side. The bathroom was very nice. The breakfast was a buffet, and it was wonderful. The pool was unfortunately cloudy. So, some good and some not so good. The lady who booked us in was extremely nice.

The place in it self was great and staff were very friendly. Only downside was noise at night trying to sleep. People are so inconsiderate of others. Two nights we weren’t able to get much sleep due to very loud neighbours having their TV’s full blast. I did complain to the staff and they tried to get it resolved

Second visit. Not as nice as our first but was still good. A few areas of improvement: The apartment suite should be serviced every day instead of every week. Our bins were full after 2 days and we ran out of body wash and shampoo, especially when 4 people are staying in the suite. We had no idea what number to call for room service. It wasn’t anywhere in the rooms. The dryer needs to be updated. It was working very sporadically!! Breakfast was also disappointing. Fried rice for one hot selection, chicken wings with veggies for another hot one, and bacon for third. Not very good options. Eggs would be perfect with bacon!! Also, the granola with yoghurt had hardly any yoghurt. First visit it has a great amount. This visit, it would be lucky to cover all the granola. Games area needs to be updated. Pool balls are all different sizes and nothing really for kids to use. Spa was out of use for one of our days which was also disappointing. Kids were super pumped to use it and it wasn’t available for the whole day. Meant we only had one day to use the spa. So paid for something as part of our suite that wasn’t in use!! The swimming pool there needs to be heated. The pool was way too cold for the young kids to go in. Their teeth were chattering. Overall, the stay was still great but if the areas above are improved then it would be a perfect stay.
