Rutgers Revisited
I chose this location because I was visiting my mom, who lives close to the property. I also spent time with friends during my stay. There is a restaurant next to the hotel, which I visited frequently for meals.

Stayed here as a stop on a long road trip. The Staff were friendly at check in, at which time they relayed their strict no-smoking policy. My child and I proceeded to our room and immediately upon exiting the elevator had to walk through a pot-filled hallway to our room. Our room luckily did not smell and was very clean and nice. I let the front desk know that the smell was in the hallway outside our room, so that we didn't get fined and they were very apologetic and said they'd look into it and offered to move us, but since we were exhausted and our room was fine, I declined (mistake). We went to sleep and then a couple of hours later around 11:30 pm, I was awakened by other guests next door and across the hall partying across multiple rooms, repeatedly slamming doors, laughing, cursing, and carrying on for several hours. I was exhausted and was hoping others would report it and tried to cover my ears, but I was woken up multiple times. Luckily my child slept through it. There were cameras in the hallways, so I feel that it should have been noticed and addressed. If only hotels could rate guests on their behavior and have that affect their ability to reserve rooms, this world would be a better place.
