The place is brand new so it’s super clean, breakfast was good they had goo selection. The tables in the room for breakfast are too loose and drinks do spill.

You can hear everything in the rooms

This is a brand new hotels, looks and smells new, this is why I picked it, however the check in process took a long time, it seems their system still has glitches or they aren't completely trained, however that's not the issue, my issues is that in the room you can hear everything, the sound proofing is non existent and I was lucky enough to be next to a person that left their TV on all night and another person that walked out of the room at 6am and started talking on the phone, I could clearly hear the entire conversation. I will never stay here again, just becuase of that.

Kickapoo Hotshot trip

We decided to drive up to Eagle Pass and do some gambling but when we tried ti get a last minute room at the Casino they were BOOKED! After going online and using my Hotel.com app we found the Hyatt and we were a little disappointed in not being able to stay at the Casino but it was the best Hotel stay we ever had. We even stayed the next night because the BEDS ARE JUST PERFECT. Staff was so attentive and just willing to go above and beyond. Will be back in a few months and we already know where we will be staying.

I loved this hotel and will probably make it my official hotel when visiting the area. The check in was effortless and the hotel was relaxing and inviting. It smelled nice and clean, the rooms were so cozy with a couch and a small hallway. For the price, I am really satisfied with this one.
