The young man that worked the morning shift was very pleasant and courteous, breakfast is always good, and the housekeeping staff ensures that you have everything that you need. It is a nice and comfortable hotel, but there are a few minor things that I hope they keep up with so the hotel continues to look nice, clean, and maintained.

I have stayed here many times over the past few years, but it seems like the property is going down lately. I'm actually a bit concerned about the elevator - it clanks and groans and doesn't seem well maintained. The room was bit lacking in maintenance as well. The staff is very friendly, and the service is good, and it's in a nice quiet area.

This was our second time staying here and we will not come back. The staff was very friendly and helpful but to many other negatives to try this one again. We had to switch rooms due to the smell and the second room smelled but not as bad. Pet urine and musty. The water never got hot also heard others complaining a out it in the lobby. The breakfast was terrible. I couldn't eat it. The eggs were cold and runny, sausage was slimy and cold and the coffee is out of a .machine. 150 a night is ridiculous for this place.

I booked last minute as we had cut our vacation short due to hurricane Helene. When we arrived the woman at the front desk had trouble getting us checked in. After she was finally able to get us checked in we got into the elevator to gonto our room and it sounded like it was going to fall apart before we reached the second floor. When we got to our room I opened the mini fridge to put the food items from our cooler in it and found that the fridge was full of old food that had leaked into the fridge. I tried to call the front desk but apparently the phone was not working because the woman at the desk could not hear me. At this point I went back down to the lobby and spoke to the woman at the front desk who told me there was nothing she could do about the refrigerator and id have to clean it up myself. She acted as if I had offended her and gave me a towel, trash bag and cleaning spray and told me if I wanted it to be cleaned then I had to clean it. When I brought the trash bag filled with the food from the refrigerator and the towel and cleaner she wasn't happy about it at all. When I went back up to my room the elevator started jerking and banging and creaking so we took the stairs after that. We went out to get food and we were glared at when we walked through the lobby. We drive to Florida a couple of times a year and always stay in Dyersberg (just not at this hotel) but we will never stay at Sleep Inn again.

I have stayed at this Sleep Inn location several times for family events and several funerals and I can't say enough about the pleasant staff, wonderful comfy beds and linens. The breakfast is decent and it's in a quiet location. Highly recommend
