With consideration of my overall experience, I cannot in good faith recommend this facility. Although the site boasts about newly renovated, it was the very reason we booked for our stay. Much to our surprise, the room had discrepancies of poor cleanliness. If anyone plans to stay, check your bed sheets, bed pads, towels, bath cloths, and hand towels. The floor was sticky, and my friend had to “work” the toilet for it to flush. This was my very first stay at this location. Sadly, this experience has ruined any future bookings. I was charged for a night stay when I was only there less than hour loading and then reloading the car to checkout at 2:45am. I’m still trying to post the pictures we took and I have not received the remaining refund. I will update should they contact me within 24hrs.

These pictures are not a true representation of the rooms. They were small. Toilet paper ran out on day 1 and was not replace the remainder of the stay. Towels were dingy and stained. There were live in residents in rooms around us as well. Good news is they are pet friendly and worked with us on the checkout time as we had something to get finished and didn't get out until a little after 12 PM. Check out is 11 AM.

Don't expect much

It's a motel, can't expect much. However, they need to purchase new towels. The towels in the rooms are old, dingy, rough, and carry a stinch. Disgusting. Also, the shower curtain had mold on it. Change it out. When I first checked in, the front desk person wasn't very friendly. Just straight to the point- I.D. and card to pay deposit. No pleasantries at all. :(

Hotel is Nice/ Staff not so much

Location was nice and room was clean. The gentleman at the front desk was very rude. I am traveling for work and I am on the night shift I asked for a late checkout of 1pm and he just rudely replied, “your check out will be 11am”, and hung up. The next morning he called at 10:15 and said, “are you checking out”. I replied, and said “yes and I thought I had until 11am”. He yelled into the phone, “you only have 45 minutes left!” And he hung up. I actually still had 5 more days of work in this town and I moved hotels since this individual was as so rude. I travel a lot through here and this hotel was not bad until I had to encounter the manager.
