Nice hotel, great location, rooms were very good, shower valve not very good, scalds one second, normalizes the next regardless of position... restaurant horrible service from kitchen, cold food, inconsistent and for the money, a 2 star at BEST.

Although there were doorman posts and doorman at the hotel none was available (could not be found) at all throughout my stay, we couldn’t find them to hail us a taxi or help us with bags etc. we needed to do everything at our own which is not acceptable if a hotel advertises itself as a “luxury collection” member. Also there is no turnover service for the rooms and they don't pick up trash like boxes or etc. from the front of the room doors, we put out a cardboard delivery box at around 15.00-16.00 and it was not picked up until the next day around midday.

Amazing location and atmosphere for Dusseldorf. The room was fantastic, lots of amenities and top notch service throughout the hotel. It was also busy but enjoyable at the same time.

Loved the hotel and how fast our room was cleaned and prepared! Very clean! The restaurant is awesome with great food options. The location is as good as it gets!! The only thing is the pool is not accessible to under 18y.o. And that was not clear to us when we booked.
