Absolutely disgusting hotel. Do not stay. The building is falling apart and so are the rooms. After being moved from our original room because it wasn’t cleaned. We were moved to a room that looked like it was still being renovated. Half painted walls and mildew and mold on the bathrooms. We were told we would be given a partial refund to be told at check out they can’t do anything. Just avoid this place and save yourself the headache! ✌️

Will never stay there again! The pool and hot tub were nonfunctional. The staff were highly unprepared and unprofessional. The had a CHILD of one of the evening staff program room keys. The child was hitting the machine when the key door not program. The front desk person appeared to be under the influence. Staff is constantly in the way and eating in halls, elevators and breakfast area. More staff were in the breakfast area than grabbing food then customers. The cleaning staff were yelling down the hallway at each other instead of walking to each other and talking in a normal voice. And I'm sorry, I'm a way, for saying this, but front desk staff should have teeth that are not rotten nd missing. There was a line of people that had to continue reactivating the room cards and then got yelled at that we must of deactivated them. I did not put near phone, keys or any other electronics. WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

I was charged twice when I checked in, I checked my bank when I got to my room to see if I was charged a deposit and noticed that I was charged twice for 1 night, so when I asked the kid at the desk he said the Manager would have to call me, well I ended up having to call her cause she never called me! I was told that the kid that checked us in didn't notice that our card was pre authorized and then he ran my card again when I checked in and that it should be back on my card when I check out or at the latest on Tuesday! (Monday was a holiday) This has never happened to me and it very stressful because we were 3 hours from home and what if I didn't have extra money in my bank to cover an extra charge? Then when we were checking out the next morning, a lady behind me heard me talking to the kid at the front desk about it and she was very upset also because she was also charged twice for 1 night! The kids name at the desk was Skylar and the Managers name was Miranda. I did receive my money back, but very stressful and should never happen!
