Cute little getaway

We had such and amazing stay, our doggies had a great time and we were l comfortable. Super clean and amazing service. We will definitely stay there again.

Easy and convenient location for my northern durango adventures. Food and coffee shops in walking distance. Also nearby river walk trails. Thanks for the tip about tight parking spots. Glad i drove my smaller vehicle. Dog friendly. Quiet and clean.

Great place!!

We arrived late but we checked in online and it was easy! No problem! The room was very cozy and retro, very clean with great decor! We are definitely gonna be staying here each trip to Durango. I love this place.

Super cute locally owned motel with nice upgrades and thoughtful touches. Given that it was an older motel with original windows and doors in the front it and an uninsulated AC unit it was a bit noisy when people passed but we solved that by turning the AC fan on. The rooms and property were lovely and I really appreciated all the thoughtful little touches, like a pour over coffee station, a phone holder in the bathroom, and a blanket for our dogs. We would definitely stay again.

Dust bunnies

Usually this is our go to place when we visit the Durango hot springs but my son had dropped his ball under the bed. When he went under the bed to retrieve his toy he came back up with his hair and clothes covered in dust.

Best in town

They have done a great job taking an old property and making it seem new without eliminating the character of the place. Is clean, quaint, comfortable, pet friendly. The price is right and proper. The property is right in the main road to town yet still quiet.
