What I didn't like was that the air conditioner didn't work. I finally got it working by unplugging it, then using the Test and Reset buttons in different combinations. I also didn't like that we had no hot water in the sink the first night but had it by 6AM. The 2nd night no hot water again in the sink until I let the bath tub HOT faucet run full blast for quite awhile until I got hot water. Then that gave us hot water for the sink. Yes, I told the desk person about the problem the next morning and was told I had hot water. So, the problem never got fixed and I got nowhere.

I appreciate staff carrying my large luggage upstairs as I have a weak wrist at the moment. Unfortunately there is hotel construction going on & workers are using a cutting tool in the parking lot blowing dust everywhere.

I am Surprised a company of you reputation is offering a place like that to your costumer. Overpriced unsafe ,No Toast or bagel for breakfast ,No evalator in the building .Have to carry luggage to the second floor Should have refounded a part of my fees before activating any other bookings with your company
