Great spot !!!

We were on the look out for snow , living in southern arizona we dont see snow , missed the cold weather , Durango was a perfect spot , weather to us was amazing, hotel location was spot on the map, easy access, swimming pool was great spot to relax after all day walking around in the cold weather , hot tub was even perfect , room was on ground floor level so was perfect for us, dislike the use of elevator or stairs !!!

I liked this hotel and room. The maintenance in my room was below par, bugs in the bathroom light fixture. Fireplace didn't work. Disappointed that the restaurant wasn't open.

We came here to ski at purgatory, but were semi limited with having our pups with us. The hotel was super accommodating and happy to have them. I only gave them 4/5 stars because there are obviously extra fees, but extra nightly parking fees weren’t expected so hard to budget for. The main reason why we chose this location over others was because it’s connected to an off leash dog park and that was really helpful for morning and night walks. FYI - just a note that’s not hotel related, but it’s the last weekend of Feb and it was super duper muddy so just bring your house shoes for the room so you can leave the muddies at the door.

Room was filthy

The floor was so dirty I had to use towels to walk on it with my bare feet. There was hair in the shower and on one of the beds. That was the filthiest room I have stayed in.

We were surprised by the fact that it was an additional fee to park. Our room had a few stray hairs on one of the beds & floor. We were only there for less than 10hrs. Came in after a long day of flying & left early.
