We arrived around 1130 pm, the night clerk was courteous and very welcoming. The rooms were clean. All appliances were in excellent working condition. The hot water was immediate and did not run out. Inexpensive rooms. It was a great overnight stay.

The hotel is old. They have attempted to update some areas but the bathroom was dirty. The enamel was missing in places on the tub. The baseboards were filthy. The heating and air conditioning vents are full of cobwebs. The wash cloths were threadbare and were discolored. They looked like they had been used as cleaning rags.

A muffin and orange juice don't make a good breakfast. While I see that the motel has been updated a bit, it clearly dates back at least to the '60s. Limited parking with unusually narrow parking stalls. Dining -- even fast food -- in the area is nil.

Economic and predictably adequate! No surprises, just basic straightforward budget accomodations. The staff were above average though!
