Good budget pretty needs maintenance, thin walls

It is a very pretty building, the walls are very thin kids running up and down the hall the whole night. Ice machine by our room, when we first entered our room was freezing found out the window was open, the window actually was broken not the glass but the frame is damaged so cold air coming in

A quick drive or walk to the city center where great food and rinks await. The hotel is older, which adds to its charm, but lots of services are closed, no concierge, and several other spaces make it look like the hotel never recovered from Covid…but clean facilities, has a restaurant and bar, that seemed pretty lively! Great access to the hot springs and railroad, definitely recommend.

Could be better, but ok

Stay was good. It supplied a roof so that was nice. The manager on duty was useless, The poor kid up front had to ask for everything, she wouldnt even supply us change so we could use the vending machines. We were charged for parking in the horel parkinglot. Absolutely outragoeus for the prices we paid for the room, also charge for water that specifically says its for guest. Water presure was good, need new shower curtains. More water ends up on the tiled floor than it should. The lighting is awful. Upgrade to brite white bulbs. The ceiing in the pool room os about to come down, very dangerous for guest when that happens. The hot tub was nice but wasnt very hot at all.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff was super friendly and the chocolate chip cookies are delicious. I wouldn't recommend 1st floor river view too loud. Location was perfect its minutes away from downtown and other highways

Enjoyed the stay. This wasn’t our first stay so was a little sad about a couple things…Was a little grossed out with the dirty sheets in one of our beds,& also stepped on a razor blade cap in the shower. The patio screen door was broken off when we arrived,& the closet door didn’t open. Really wish the chlorine in the pool & hot tub wasn’t so strong.Maintence said nothing they can do about it.All my kids eyes burned severely after 20 minutes swimming. Next time we will be skipping the pool.
