I called a day before arriving because i have to add 2 more people in my reservation and they told me it was ok to do it when i get to the hotel that i should nt worried about it, and guess what! So i arrive to the hotel did my check in and all that and i walk to my room and when i open the door and saw it i freak out! Two single beeeeeeds for 4 adults and 2 little kids, SERIOUSLY! THAT RIDICULOUS! and i went back to the front desk and talk to the lady abd she didnt even care! Like come on is suppose to be one of the best hotel in all durango! But besides that i have positive thinks to say, the breakfast restaurant is soooo delicious i love the food, and i also love how the hotel look, soooo beautiful!

Property was under construction with noise and no support from staff. Aesthetics of the hotel are very nice with classic Spanish architecture. The staff was polite but felt they did their best to do the bare minimum. Hotel really lives off the historic feel and location.

The hotel is pretty and the outdoor spaces are well maintained. The rooms are clean and modern, and the staff are friendly. They make everything convenient and work hard to make your stay perfect. The only downside may be the rincón de analco restaurant on property. The interior is really nice but the food isn’t very good, at least for breakfast. The hotel itself is really good.
