Good location. Clean rooms with good amenities.
Rooms were clean and decorated lovely. Some minors touch ups required but nothing major. Service was good and staff welcoming. Bed was a good size but mattress was a little hard. Pillows look inviting but were actually terrible as the went completely flat when u put your head on them.

Nice use of an old building. Parking is difficult until you know the local system. Be aware that the nearest car park is just within a low emission zone and cameras pick you up. Most car parks are free after 6pm until 8 am. In the day the day they are expensive.

Breakfast was pricey but wonderful, but the decor was whimsical and lovely, the bar a nice hangout, and very close to the V&A and the Discovery, which we visited that day, and was very close to the train station.
