This is an excellent hotel in a great location. Very nice views of the water and easy walking distance to the historic center of Dundee. Restaurant was very good for breakfast and dinner with reasonable prices. Had a spacious corner room with lovely water view.

Try this at least once
Sensational. Exemplary service. I couldn't sleep so at 2am visited with reception for a glass of ice and a toasted cheese and Ham sandwich. A few minutes later everything was delivered. Checkin involved 2 folks who each did an excellent job. Bar options, food options and the lady in the gift shop could not have been better. In the morning, in the breakfast area the host was amazing. Showed me to my table, brought coffee and provided a thorough run down on all the options. Expensive but good value.

A good night’s stay
The one night stay was fine, the room and bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean. The room was quiet. Breakfast was fine and staff were all friendly and did their best to please. We were offered an extra day’s parking for free which enabled us to go into Dundee and visit the V&A which was well worth the visit.

The hotel has friendly and helpful staff at reception, the bar and restaurant. My double room was large with a great quay view and comfortable furniture. The room’s amenities helped to make my stay very relaxing too. I would definitely stay in the chain’s hotels in other locations after this stay.
