Couldn’t even stay here wound up leaving and sleep in care saw 3 roaches in the 20 minutes I was there can’t believe you even have this hotel on your site

False advertisement

I was given a room that was in poor condition, very unkept and not very stocked with the amenities expected. The bathroom, baseboards, floors, and sink area is dirty. I was allowed an early check in which came with an additional charge, so when we got in to the room we went right to sleep. Upon waking is when we saw the condition of the room. The front desk said the room had been cleaned when I called. It seems that I was given one of the poorly kept units because I went through the hotels.com app. The motel appearance is different in person from what’s advertised.
