Great stay except breakfast
Very clean and large suite with plenty of space for our family of five. Only thing I would change is real half and half for the coffee and an egg and meat choice for breakfast and having milk and cereal included. Breakfast gave zero options for low carb. Very friendly and helpful staff.

They have done a wonderful job refurbishing this hotel. The only complaint we have is the breakfast. Although the breakfast bagels were of good quality the bagels, yogurt, some highly processed muffins, orange juice and coffee was all that was available for breakfast. Some scrambled eggs, toast, cereal would have been nice. The only disappointment was the breakfast and the coffee (like dish water) and they only had coffee mate as there creamer. They do have a fridge in the room but there are no microwaves in the rooms you have to use the microwave in the lobby. Bed was super comfortable, very clean. Would we stay here again, maybe if they improved the breakfast.

I had to clean the toilet before using it. It looked like vomit on the toilet seat. In the morning I had to clean the tub. It had hairs and other dirt all over the sides. Quite nasty! When I told the front desk lady in the morning I didn't even get an apology. The fire alarm went off about 3:30 am. We stood outside about 15 minutes waiting for someone to come turn it off. It went off 3 more times after that for just a few seconds. Needless to say, we did not sleep well.

Rooms updated or in progress. Halls and other still in progress and it will transition to a Hilton Spark Inn soon. Staff friendly, breakfast area clean and options adequate. One queen bed in room 226 not so comfortable needs replacing. Thought frame was broke.

The hotel is currently under renovation and will look great when completed. Our room wasn’t fully completed but was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nicely stocked.

I’ve stayed here twice recently. Both times the staff were friendly and efficient. The only reason I gave it a 4-star on conditions, is because they are in the process of renovations. The rooms I stayed in were finished and very nicely and attractively furnished. I would definitely stay here again.

I stop here every year on my way to and from Sturgis. The staff is always courteous and provides a friendly environment. Rooms are clean and the pool and hot tub are especially nice after a long day of riding. Will continue to stop here on my way through Dumas.

Unfortunately we stayed during the time of renovation. The room was clean and new, but the rest of the hotel was in disarray. Breakfast left a little to be desired, but was adequate.

Hotel is under renovations so looks very dated. No phones in the room, a/c wasn’t really cooling the room. TV was not working, they tried to change out the box but that made it worse. Said there was some electric issues. Asked to be moved to a different room but there were none available so we requested a refund and went elsewhere.

The staff (Angie & the GM) were awesome! So friendly, helpful & sweet! The hotel was under construction, but the place was still extremely clean. I loved that there was a rubber mat in the tub to avoid falls. The towels were all new & fluffy!

Decent overnight stay on road trip
Decent and affordable place to stay in Dumas, where reservations can be hard to come by. The property is in the middle of a transition, our room was half-remodeled so part very nice/new and part older with issues (bathroom fixtures that didn't work correctly, no hair dryer). Limited staff availability.
