I have stayed at this hotel many times. It’s been recently renovated and the rooms are nice. My only complaint is there was a front desk woman who was rude and combative with us checking in and checking out. The evening front desk staff were completely opposite- they were amazing. So this was probably a one off experience but in general we love staying here. It’s perfect for families.

We have stayed at this property many times. Check in was seamless and the front desk staff were excellent. My spouse and I were excited to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. A few items however were missing. There was not a shower curtain and we discovered when we needed to contact the front desk to report a disturbance during quiet hours, there was not a cord attached to the in room phone. When we reported the disturbance the front desk did not initially acknowledge. When I called back I was treated with little empathy and concern. It was very difficult to enjoy our stay with the neighbors holding a verbal dispute in there room with their children running up and down the hallway screaming and knocking on doors. The morning breakfast was an enjoyable experience and yes we would stay again.

Great location in Canal Park, got great off peak season rate, interior room with window to hallway, warehouse partially converted to hotel, exceptionally clean, nicely redone, other businesses in building including bar on main level, within canal park for easy walking access to other establishments.
