We had my daughter's 13th birthday party here and we were all very pleased with our stay the staff the room and services the only downside was the renovation and not being able to use the front door to our suite but we will definitely be staying again

This hotel has a perfect location on the Canal Park. Rooms are very specious. We stayed in a newly renovated room. It was very clean, felt very fresh. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast to start your day. Our room had 2 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms. Unfortunately, neither bathroom had a hairdryer. Only one bathroom was stocked up with toiletries. Beautiful property, but walls and windows are not soundproof. We had a family with small kids in the room next to us, and we heard everything what was going on in their room. Hotel is located on the street with multiple bars and restaurants; the night life is pretty busy and it's loud. I had a hard time to fall asleep. When I finally did, I was woken up at 2:45 AM because someone was yelling. The point is: this is not the place where you can get a good night sleep. If this is important to you, you might consider a different accommodation.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It’s been recently renovated and the rooms are nice. My only complaint is there was a front desk woman who was rude and combative with us checking in and checking out. The evening front desk staff were completely opposite- they were amazing. So this was probably a one off experience but in general we love staying here. It’s perfect for families.

We have stayed at this property many times. Check in was seamless and the front desk staff were excellent. My spouse and I were excited to stay in one of the newly renovated rooms. A few items however were missing. There was not a shower curtain and we discovered when we needed to contact the front desk to report a disturbance during quiet hours, there was not a cord attached to the in room phone. When we reported the disturbance the front desk did not initially acknowledge. When I called back I was treated with little empathy and concern. It was very difficult to enjoy our stay with the neighbors holding a verbal dispute in there room with their children running up and down the hallway screaming and knocking on doors. The morning breakfast was an enjoyable experience and yes we would stay again.
