The air conditioner was extremely dirty and we woke up coughing. There were globs of shampoo on the mini shampoo bottles. We didn’t use them. The remote control batteries didn’t consistently work for the tv. The ice machine on our floor didn’t work. Our room was in the “annex” and not in the tower; which seems dumb to say but we stayed there specifically to stay in the tower since the last time was with the kids grandma. Check-in was easy and the staff is really nice. The property needs a deep-cleaning though.

Pictures of the property online are nothing like when you see it in person. Bathroom ceiling nearly falling apart. Hairs on the bed sheets, stay check you in and send you on your way. Not advise you that the room key is also needed for the elevator. Pricing is way of price, completely disappointing

Nice location. Clean but overall rooms could use refresh. Especially with the bathroom - toilet was right in front of sink and tub had a few stains. AC was also very loud.

The property needs updated. Only one elevator works so it takes forever to go up or down. The heating/ac system in the rooms is LOUD! Your room is only serviced every five days regardless if you request it or not. I will NOT be going back to this hotel.

Food was good at the restaurant, and service there was great. Parking lot needs a lot of work. Not sure how clean my room was. Hair left in the bathtub. Beds were comfortable though. Security people were awesome. Made the young kids evacuate the pool for the adult swim. They were very professional, didn’t make a scene, yet cleared the pool to allow a much needed peaceful soak in the pool. Kudos to these guys.

Our stay at the Radisson was great. We asked for and received an early check-in, and the front desk staff was so friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant did not disappoint: fast, friendly service, good food, reasonable pricing. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We will definitely stay there again.

I'm not hard to please, but my wife can be. She enjoyed the hotel as did I. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable and the view was great. We had breakfast in the restaurant and enjoyed the food and the view. I've read a lot of negative reviews, but I don't understand them as we had no problems with the accommodations or the service. We also took advantage of the hot tub and the sauna...all was clean, working, and in order. The hotel is not new, but it has been maintained/updated well. The parking lot could use some help, but that is the only thing I saw that needed improvement. Overall we enjoyed our stay and found the location to be easy to get to and central to other places we wanted to visit.

Old building, but it got the job done. Rooms are very small and the cable is not the best. The hotel is within walking distance to canal park and many other downtown locations. If you are lucky, you can get a great view of the lake. Not a bad experience, but it was definitely average.
