The property was clean .. Room was very basic .. Everything worked .. Close to several dining options .. Staff was friendly .. Getting into the property from the freeway side was easy .. trying it from the other direction requires a tricky left turn ..

Clean, rooms refurbed.
Rooms recently refurbed. Strong smell of pot in the hallway, came through the door into our room. There were a lot of notices about safety, locking your vehicles, your room door etc. Door to room didnt latch unless we pushed it closed. Doors to hallways were locked. Security cameras everywhere. As a woman who frequently travels alone, unless I have my hubby or my large dog with me, I probably wouldn't stay at this location again.

When we arrive apparently the worker was to involved in her phone to look up and greet us or check us in . After a few minutes, she stated “just a minute “ and continued on phone. The room overall was decent, but the bed was horrible. Very uncomfortable. My husband & I woke up very sore and stiff. Staff in the morning were more approachable & welcoming.

The place wasn’t as bad as you would think for a motel! The staff was mostly nice & we had a pleasant stay, other hotels were charging an arm and a leg so this was a way more affordable option! Our room was clean!

Spartan, but very clean. Industrial area but, two of the best restaurants in Duluth, next door to the motel. Very convenient to the freeway. Enough parking for the patrons. I will stay again.

Very clean. I like that the floors were not carpet. I must say that the room did smell highly fragrant of a room spray or something. I'm not sensitive to smells but I think that some people might be. Also can appreciate the price for 2 beds for $90
