Wonderful stay
It was a nice, clean and friendly stay. I have no complaints! You cannot control other guests and their kids that decided to play hockey in the hallway at 10:45 pm. Other than what, not bad! Kids enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and breakfast.

Gap under the door to my first room was inches wide. Keycard reader was broken and didnt accept my card even after visiting the front desk twice and waiting 40 minutes. 10 children in the hallway playing hockey outside my door. Was told they cant swap my room because i booked online. I insisted and they complied, with a room with a clogged toilet. Then the maintenance man tried opening the door to my new room around 1145 while i was asleep. Worst hotel experience ive ever had.

Arrived to property.. started check in process.. then find out my room was canceled by dhisco..unknown too me.. paid for room in advance.. unable to get money back for 7-10 days.. I ended up paying 400 bucks for one night at a 1 star facility.. wouldn’t recommend

Good value for the price. Rooms were clean and quiet. The pool and hot tub were both working. Parking lot has potholes and confusing entry from area roads.

Just clean enough and just safe enough to be worth the price. Would stay here again if I was on a budget. The room had a bit of an odour to it that was unpleasant but the beds were extremely comfy. Hot tub out of order was too bad but still had the pool.

Was not a queen bed, double at best. Bed was very old, soft and uncomfortable. Only stayed here as we flew out at 5 am the next morning. Would not stay if I needed a room for more than 12 hours

I like its location! My first room didn’t have heat so I had to be moved. Then I needed assistance to turn the water on in the tub, then to activate the shower and finally to turn the water off. This issue should be taken care of and there should be instructions on how to work the tub’s water and shower. It isn’t obvious and requires a lot of muscle to get it to work.

The shower was unusable…. Was too late too late to rectify as it was a morning shower and we had to get on our journey. Staff was apologetic and polite. The breakfast was very good but juice machine was broken. Staff explained that she would let next shift aware.of problem. Again very apologetic and polite

Loud - window was making a loud noise all night- dogs barking in the hotel starting at 5 am. Housekeeper was miserable - front desk guy was great. Room was not very clean, mold in bathroom. NEVER AGAIN.
