I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, the experience was not up to expectations. One of the main issues was the carpet in the room—it had a strong, unpleasant odor that made it hard to feel comfortable. It seemed like it hadn’t been properly cleaned or aired out in quite some time. While the staff were friendly and the location was convenient, the smell really took away from the overall stay. I hope management addresses this soon, as it has a big impact on the guest experience.

Bogus hold

We called ahead to see how much of a hold they would put on our card. They told us it was $25. They put 115$ hold on our card on top of paying for the room. We ended up not having money for gas, food, anything. They still haven't released the hold. It's been days and we still have no food or gas
