Each employee I encountered was most helpful, kind and efficient. I had a dead battery and Diane (?) and Pierre (?) didn't hesitate to help me. Brad, in the arts/crafts kids room was AMAZING! My granddaughters just loved him. They colored a picture for him. My grandson totally enjoyed the arcade. And, of course, the waterpark was perfect! It was well tended by staff. The gal, at the concession, was so good. She managed everyone with quick service, a smile and good attitude. I've been telling everyone about our experience. We WILL be back!!

This place is a run down dump. Rooms are outdated. AC doesn’t work. Had to move rooms twice before we got one that worked. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I feel bad for them having to try to make up for such a terrible facility.

My wife and I stayed in Rm 329.. the first night there was no hot water. My wife says the temperature was like taking a "peepee shower." Additionally, the security of the room was very questionable. The door for the room had been kicked in at one time. The lower corner of the door was curved away from the door jam and the exterior surface of the door itself was splintered. It's beyond me why they didn't feel the need to replace the door. I can't recommend this place to stay for anyone if security is not a top priority for management.

Fun first timer experience

We went to the Grand Harbor for the first time. The waterpark, though, aged was loads of fun. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The only nitpick was that the walls behind the nightstands were super dusty but I would have never seen it if I did not need to plug something in.

The bed was comfy, room was clean- the shower pressure and warmth was not good at all. Breakfast was good! There were a lot of people and a lot of kids, it was a little chaotic and to be expected with having an indoor water park.

Super fast and friendly check-in. Waterpark was a bit run down, but my 4 and 1 year olds had a blast. Breakfast was decent. Room was clean, with some wear and tear. It was a good, quick getaway for the kids!

Waterpark a blast!!

Waterpark of course was the highlight, we had a blast despite the strong chlorine. Rooms were ok, bedding very wrinkled.. not a good first impression wasn’t sure if room had been cleaned or not. Seemed like furniture was missing.. large empty spaces.. like maybe chair and table removed? Weekend we were there very crowded with spring breaker, staffing for breakfast could have been better.. they were out of everything and the two working were running like crazy… other guests were not helpful or polite no fault of the gals trying to keep up with demand.
