Wonderful stay in a setting that is fit for a postcard! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms were a decent size and clean. It is a short walk from the bus stop so was easy to travel to the main city,

Mixed feelings
We arrived late due to a flight delay and appreciated the opportunity to check in late, despite no one working the front desk after 23:30. Felt incredibly rushed to checkout at 10:00am the next day and finish breakfast by 9:45. Asked for 1 more cup of coffee at 10am and was told machine was closed. Overall the staff did not make us feel welcome, almost as if we were inconveniencing them. Hotel was conveniently located near ACI Marina.

Quiet neighborhood in Dubrovnik, with free parking if you are traveling with car and free breakfast. The property is a family business, her owner was so nice and makes very comfortable your stay. The terrace is a spectacular scenery so you must enjoy.

Staying near the harbour as we were chartering a yacht. Nice accommodation would stay again to visit Dubrovnik as very easy access to the town.

Very impressed by surroundings like a big park with river in front of the hotel. I may sit a whole day enjoying the nice view.

Beautiful view from hotel room, right infront of bluey green river. However it is anout 15 mins from dubrovnik old town so needed to take taxi to get back and forth, unsure if there were buses. Hotel itself was decent, breakfast could have been better but was good. Not much to do in the local area apart from boating etc. Very few restaurants in immediate area and not the cheapest. Rooms adequate size and equipped with neccessities (tv, wifi, kettle, cupboard, safe, mini fridge, good shower)

This is an amazing spot. It offers a lot than “just a place” to stay. Beautiful scenery and river views, best restaurant to dine, professional and very friendly staff. You must visit to believe. It is UNBELIEVABLE. I would recommend this hotel to anyone with a very very high expectation and looking for the best pricing.

It was okay for a brief stay. Lots of mosqitoes in the room. The birds are ridiculously loud in the morning so dont expect a lie in. Breakfast is very basic and the hot food they make is not freshly made. Found one of the staff to be quite pushy couldnt even sit down outside to wait for our taxi without her making us buy a drink after we had checked out. Location was good and the seats by the river were lovely. Wifi worked well.

The receptionist was willing to help me find information on many details: public transportation, uber, food, and some Croatian words. I enjoyed the dinners there twice during my stay. I especially liked the atmosphere of the outside sitting by the water and I love the "grilled veal cutlet" at a fairly good price.

Chose the property for basically a sleep stop for a morning flight out of Split. Wish I'd shown up earlier for the lively and cozy dinner/pub scene along the waterfront. Elevator=nice if you've spent the last week dragging a heavy bag up and down stairs everywhere else. Bad: Google maps navigation won't get you headed the right direction the first time. Free parking is street parking or the lot across the square, FYI. Cute and friendly place, very comfortable.
