I'll start with the negatives. I really wish you had mini fridges. We stayed for a week, and it's awful eating out every day. It would have been nice to keep salads or yogurts so we could properly eat healthy. Also, the rooms were so dry. No movement. We ended up getting sore throats every morning. The thermostats are glitchy. And the main elevator is also a nightmare to use. The positives. Your breakfasts are amazing. So much variety, delicious, and very inviting. The rooms were cleaned well. The staff was always courteous and accommodating. The hotel was close to a shopping mall and bus stops, which we found helpful as travelers without a car. Overall, very enjoyable stay, and cheaper than most hotels surrounding Dublin. I would definitely come back again.

Dublin break.
The hotel had been upgraded and it was very pleasant. The rooms had also been modernised but a king size bed would have been better than a double. The only down side was that the bathroom had not been touched and this spoiled our stay. Very dated with an old stained bath. It was useable but not having a makeover spoiled the hotels efforts to modernise. I also found the restaurant to be extremely expensive for food and drink. I have stayed many times at this hotel and although the owners have upgraded the facility a 100% refit would be worthwhile.

Loud doors
The room doors slam so loud so that people go to their rooms at 9 or 10pm and those leaving there rooms at 6am wake the whole hotel up.

Property is very clean with friendly and helpful staff. Transport into the city centre is 5 minute walk away along with a shopping centre. We wepuld definitely recommend and return.

My 6th visit to this hotel. This time around the staff was very rude on 2 occasions. They have a face on like they are working by force. I had to wait 13 mins to get a coffee. The waiter said 2 mins and he start servihg someone else. He looked at me and ignored me. Even the manager in the restaurant ignored me knowing what i require. In the morning the manager at the breakfast cafe was rude. I asked for a coffee he replied as if i have asked him his house address. The hospitality of this hotel is not what it was. I complained at reception. All i got was ITs OK. I spent £135 a night and this is how i get treated. Will not be coming again..

Very comfortable and convenient
My husband and I stayed here as we were going to a concert in Marlay Park. The hotel is very easy to get to with free secure parking. Our room was comfortable, very clean and had everything you would need. The free breakfast was very good with a good variety of hot and cold foods to choose from. The hotel was only a 15min taxi drive to the concert. I would definitely recommend this hotel :)

Hotel was pleasant, can tell maybe before covid it was better. Rooms were fine, tv was good and new, coffee / tea was basic. Biggest issue was that the entrance room doors bang from people arriving or going and wake us during the night. (Soft shut latch on doors needed). Bathrooms a little dated but clean. Drinks were very expensive. Service desk employee was pleasent. Overall an ok stay. Probably wouldn't stay again.
