We were here for two nights after arriving in Dublin. It was perfect for easily accessing most of the main attractions in Dublin via a short walk (5-10 min) such as Dublin Castle, O Connell Street, Temple Bar, Trinity College, and Grafton St of course. Our rooms were also nice and had a view of the shops outside. Everything was also very clean. They also have a hotel bar and restaurant that is good and a little kiosk in the lobby where you can get coffee, tea, and light food options if you miss breakfast. They also have free fruit which is such a nice touch. We would definitely stay here again.

Great staff. Perfect location.
The staff at the Grafton were wonderful. From the front of house team, who checked us in and even gave us a telephone call to let us know that our room was ready early when we had headed out after leaving our bags safely with them, to the helpful staff in the restaurant, nothing was too much trouble for the friendly, knowledgeable staff. Our room was comfortable, although the bathroom is a little on the small side and provided only the bare minimum of toiletries. The hotel is in a great location and I would happily return.

The staff there was like a close knit family unit. Everyone was friendly and warm. The rooms are nice. The location is excellent for dining and shopping options. We loved stopping by the bar for a nightcap. Great atmosphere. The rooms were quiet at night even though there was "liveliness" going on outside. My only gripe is the fact that now all the hotels have taken away any storage options other than a tiny two pole wardrobe with 5 hangers. We were there for a week. It would have been nice to have drawers for our clothes and not live out of our suitcases. Beyond that, I'd definitely stay at the Grafton again and again.

The room did not even have a dresser, small, no bathtub, very horrible parking for a car, over priced in my opinion for the room. It took us over an hour to find a parking garage and then paid $44 a night to park 1/2 mile away. If you are over 50 and are not in Dublin to drink at the pubs, I would stay somewhere else. NYC hotels are not this expensive. Just being truthful. The staff was very nice and well trained, the manager knew how upset I was and tried hard to help us. Also noisy at night, could hear in the hallways and outside trash pickup early AM.

Dublin in Style Review of The Grafton Hotel Service was top notch.. A . Accommodations in King bed with soft sheets, super clean bathroom and one of the best showers! Hot buffet breakfast was so good and the selection was more than enough to satisfy any hungry belly! Get the lamb shank with the honey goat cheese as an appetizer, just the bomb! The staff was attentive and the stand out Mohamed was an all star, making sure our needs were meet and going the extra mile! Date of stay: September 2024 Trip type: Traveled as a couple
