The hotel itself was interesting, check in was quite smooth. However operating the lights in the bedroom is not very easy, had to go talk to someone at the front desk at 11pm to ask and he didn’t even know how to fully operate them. Said to take the card out of the wall, we tried that and they still didn’t turn off. Just took about 5 minutes of playing with switches to finally get them to work. Very odd in my opinion. Food was quite overpriced in the bar, only taking card isn’t very great for travellers from out of country as I normally like to pay with cash. Overall hotel was satisfactory.

Great design
I really liked the design of the hotel. The common areas are especially nice. We also enjoyed the location. My only complaint is that a little after 8am on the morning of our departure someone started to enter our room without knocking until I called out to them, so be vigilant about putting up your do not disturb hang tag.

The staff, room and atmosphere were excellent. While initial impression from the entry street was less than stellar, once we walked in we were very pleased with the hotel. It just took going down another street to find we were close to everything we wanted

Loved the hotel. Surroundings a little sketchy. Excellent proximity to attractions. Had to enter own passport information etc at check in. Person at desk was very nice but didn’t seem like this process needed to be self service. Overall I liked the vibe of the hotel, the lobby and the room very much.

You can tell the property is newly renovated and still in new stages with the staff. They offered a free drink if you waved room cleaning which we appreciated. The area surrounding is under construction and a bit of a walk to desired south side pub and shopping areas.

The staff were excellent. They did not offer a meal in their bar area, just pizza. The rooms were modern, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room was quite small though with no where (other than the floor) to put/open your suitcase.

Beautiful, boutique hotel with friendly staff. Very accommodating and they made good cocktails. The speaker in the room was a nice touch and it was overall very clean. Only complaint was that the hotel room was way too hot at night and there’s no fan.

Really nice hotel. Reading reviews after we reserved concerned us but were relieved when we got there. It is a very new hotel and very modern. Staff is excellent and rooms are spacious and clean. And - there is an elevator despite what some of the reviews claimed. Would highly recommend.

The strangest place ever. An amp in the room but no drawere and 1 very high cabinet built for a giant..I couldn't even reach the self!!! Breakfast buffet was full of terrible, strange food. Never again!

Self check in was a mess. Everyone needed assistance and the questions on the tablet unnecessary. Beautiful hotel, very modern. All staff were young and not trained in service. Bed was comfortable, very clean room. Shower temp inconsistent. No extras. Good breakfast. Hard pillows.
