New hotel - apparently a year old. Reception needs sorting. It’s high tech and very slow. Two receptionists. One dealing with a party of three, the other dealing with a couple - we (party of 3) are next. Took an age; by the time we were done the queue was out of the door. The hotel had responded by email acknowledging our names but had difficulty finding them. Our receptionist chose to take it personally rather than accepting well-meaning help. Terrible nights sleep wrestling with very strange bedding. Neither the duvet nor sheet were long enough. Pull up and your legs are uncovered. Could not find a light switch that turned main room light off - just the dimmer. Had to remove the key card from the slot. Pity because the place is pleasantly quirky and in a good location.

Very nice hotel, clean excellent pub with good food. The only thing that’s not convenient is the parking you have to park about a quarter mile away from the hotel and walk the parking is paid parking.

Our stay at Ruby Molly was great! The entire hotel is very modern, but has a lovely boutique vibe. The room was clean, bright, and we loved the Marshall Bluetooth speaker for tunes at the end of the day! The bar downstairs was also very fun!
