We stayed 3 nights. Unfortunately we heard sirens all night but i guess that would happen at any hotel in Dublin downtown. The hotel is beautiful the breakfast amazing but prices of drinks very high.

Phenomenal service
After sampling the cocktail menu, all of which were fantastic, I misplaced my cashmere hat. The next day I enquired with Joyce, part of the reception team, and not only did she find it but tracked me down on social media to let me know (I failed to leave a full contact number). Such dedication to customer service was phenomenal. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and top of my warm head! The rest of the team had already been fantastically attentive without being intrusive. The whole feel of the hotel was exceptional, we will be back.

A new hotel. Very classy with a chilled out European feel. Great location for getting into the city/Temple Bar. Immediate location around the hotel is need of development. Great breakfast and staff could not have been more helpful.

I had a great experience! The hotel is lovely, comfortable, and in the perfect collocation. The only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because for some reason all my lights would turn on in the AM when the room next door was being cleaned… very odd/electrical issue. But aside from that it was lovely!

Rooms were nice and clean. Staff and service not good. Very inconsistent on answers and things like pricing. Some members of our party received things “complementary”, others had to pay for the same product, depending which staff member served you etc.
