Very dissappointed overall for cost and expectatio
Terrible.front desk. Asked.for help obtaining ride next day to airport...they informed us that there is a marathon and all streets shutdown. Needed to walk across the river 15 mins to get a taxi...they didnt even tell us which way to go...just sent us on our way with no help. Never staying here again. Rude and uncaring...room was uncofortably warm...tried to lower the temp but thermostat didnt work. Lobby was plenty cold but room temp awful for.sleeping

Really enjoyed the walkability to Grafton St and all the pubs and shopping. Food was really good Had an issue with shower drain that flooded bathroom and took some time for staff to arrive after we told them of the issue But staff compensated with a couple free drinks which was nice
