Property was massive ! Rooms were lovely & facilities too .. Only thing I didn’t like was that I booked two identical rooms on the same booking - but we were put in two different parts of the building as a family travelling together it would have been nice to have been closer, other than that it was fine.

Customer Service of a 5-star Hotel
We really loved the charm and decor of Keavan's Port Hotel. But something that really stood out to us was that upon checking in, the receptionist not only escorted us up the lift and all the way to our room, but helped take a suitcase too! Love the old-fashioned service and friendliness!

Perfect hotel at a great rate! Friendly, helpful staff. Little touches like really good coffee and brought me a fan up to the room (as there was no AC). Not uncommon in Europe! Great area. I would stay here again no question.

I had a great stay. The hotel is very well situated. Easy to walk to major sites. Tram a buses right at the doorstep. Nice restaurants right close by. Room was a good size, clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay again.
