Helpful and friendly staff, but the property itself is lacking. Very small rooms with small beds and only 1 pillow per person provided, was rather stingy for the price.

Great place for day trip tour passengers
I booked this hotel for its location since it’s the tour bus pickup location. I’m glad I did. Not only the tour bus but the airport coach drop off at the hotel as well. Besides a couple of nice bars and restaurants are within a couple of minutes walk. The hotel is newly renovated, the staff are friendly. Although it looks new and clean, due to its old construction, the guess room can be tricky to find and needs walk extra stairs if you happen to have a room located near the corner. Besides the bathroom exhaust fan switch is above the bathroom door, so you need to climb up one chair to be able to reach it. Minor issues but needs attentions to make the hotel perfect.

All in all a great hotel. Spacious clean and well equipped rooms. A great buffet breakfast. A great bar ( the Guinness and cocktails were great) and the staff were helpful and friendly.

Hotel was very nice and staff was excellent. Very nice breakfast included. The only complaint was that the walls seemed to be very thin and we could hear people all night. They weren't loud, you could just hear them walk down the hall, or opening their doors, taking showers etc. Other than that, I would stay there again. In a very convenient location.

The hotel was clean. Most of the staff were informed. The main issue was the parking as the hotel itself had no parking. The only parking was 2 blocks away and we had to pay for it-the hotel provided a modest discount. This should be explained to all travelers prior to staying at the hotel.
