We wanted a cost effective few days in Dublin with access to shops, tours, bars and restaurants. We normally expect to compromise on quality to achieve cost effectiveness but not this time. The room, the location, the facilities and the service were all excellent. Breakfast was a particular joy. Incredible value. We will return for sure.

The hotel lobby is impressive and has many places to sit and relax, including the Writers Bar. The staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, particularly our host Stephen who was wonderful. The daily breakfast was outstanding and very well managed by the hard working staff. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities we wanted, including a fridge and tea kettle. The hotel is well situated and we were able to walk to most places we wanted to see, or organize a cab easily (we never waited more than a minute or two). There are also buses that stop frequently out front. I don't have a single criticism - I would definitely recommend this property to friends and hope to return again on our next trip to Dublin.

This hotel is very central with great access to public transport.The staff were really friendly and happy to offer good advice about local attractions and pubs. The breakfast was amazing and well organised.

Not worth the price.

Hallways will give feel of dim lit back alleys of New York and also feels extremely cheap and it continues in the rooms. Room had a cheap motel vibe. I stayed at the same hotel year and half back and was in much better shape. Definitely not worth the price given the fact that you have tons of options of better price to quality ratio hotels.

Great hotel in a great location for exploring Dublin. Very friendly and attentive staff, would highly recommend. Only one thing that would be good would be if the aircon could be controlled. Room was a bit too warm.

The bathroom setup in rooms is far from ideal. The extractor fan is not on a timer and stays on all night unless you pull out the room key to disable all electrical services to the room. The noise from the fan may disrupt sleep for anyone who is sensitive to continued annoying noises !! Also there is a glass partition (non see through) between the bathroom and the bedroom that allows the bathroom light shine directly onto the bed during the night if someone gets up to use the bathhroom . Fabulous

Fabulous amazing food, room was lovely. Only issue were the carpet tlles. Could hear hosekeeing trolly and cold on your feet.
