Peaceful, clean, friendly, lovely breakfast.
This hotel has to be the best hotel we've stayed in as a young family. All the hotel staff were all extremely polite, courteous, and helpful. From the welcome desk, to breakfast service staff, and even the maids cleaning rooms were all very pleasant and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, well worth the extra if you are considering it. It was easily amongst the best food we ate while we stayed there. The only tiny, tiny complaint was that every table advertised their "world famous waffles", and our seven year old was beyond excited. However, on each of the three days we were there the waffles were not available (adverts still ok every table), so a very disappointed young man. That aside, the breakfast was brilliant and it was good to know what was in store each morning. The hotel itself was clea, fresh, and tidy. It was also very quiet too. Our room was on the harbour side, above a daily busy road, but with twin sets of double glazing we genuinely couldn't hear the traffic. The room was peaceful and quiet. We requested an extra pillow in the night, and the staff were happy to oblige with a smile. There is also a taxi rank outside the hotel, which had a cab waiting on each occasion we needed one. Although the city centre is only 15 minutes walk away. Overall it was a brilliant stay and would happily recommend. If we go back to Dublin next year it's very likely where we will stay.

Nice location but terrible for those with coeliac
The hotel was nice and in a good location. Not great for my wife who was coeliac though unfortunately. Dinner menu was limited. One of the few options she was told she could have was chicken supreme. When they brought it out they then informed my wife that because she was coeliac she couldn’t have any of the potatoes. So they served her just a piece of chicken and some vegetables. No offer even to reduce the price! Breakfast wasn’t much better for her either. Not good

Thin windows sounded like a tea kettle. Construction across the street at all hours. Loud traffic and walking traffic from the first floor. Wait staff were curtious and helpful but inconsistent and short staffed; not always responsive for one person. The bed was rock hard and the room not always serviced. Some, not all, front desk people, depending on the hour, had a negative attitude. Taxi drivers appointments made by staff were early and courteous.

The location was great and convenient to public transportation and all attractions. The hotel was modern and clean. But, the beds were not the most comfortable. Other than that it was great.

There isn’t tons directly around the property, but you can walk to most things in the city in about 5-15 minutes which is really nice. Overall the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Even if the Dublin nights can get cold, it was nice to have A/C in the rooms. Showers weren’t great, but really everything else was.
