There is nothing misleading in the advertising for this hotel, but there are several factors that could provide several unpleasant surprises. First, there is no parking here, and the closest public parking is a 10 minute walk away and costs CDN $45.00. The area surrounding this hotel is disgusting, with feces in the streets and some scary characters. I would never want to be out at night in this area. As we checked out in the morning, it was almost as if we needed permission to leave, and the clerk tried to stop us as if we needed her approval to leave. I of course ignored her requests to stop for a moment and I directly walked out. The room was tiny to the point of having to navigate around the beds. This is advertised as a "basic" hotel. They sure got that part right.

The staff was pleasant. However, the property was anything but easy. The room was so small that it was hard to stand up or put your luggage anywhere. The bed was a small double. There wasn’t even a cup to to use to brush your teeth. There was a fire alarm at 4 o’clock at night and no phones to call for help. It was a false alarm. If you don’t mind sleeping in a shoebox which might be or might not be on fire, this place is for you.

The rooms are seriously tiny. Small double bed that almost touches the walls on either side and not much room at the foot of the bed either. Our stay was only one night so just about manageable. My biggest concern was the Check In and more notably the staff at the check in. The girl that attempted to check us in was awkward,unhelpful and downright rude. We had a problem as the main name on the booking had no ID but to be faced with a snappy "NO ID NOT GETTING IN" type of attitude has definitely made my mind up about ever staying in an Easyhotel again!!!!

This was an amazing place to stay. The accessibility room we booked into to make the stay easy for my wife was absolutely top class. The hotel was very clean, the staff very friendly and helpful. It is a shame some of the surrounding area is looking a bit unkempt with rubbish and graffiti. This was easily forgotten once you were settled in the room. Yes the hotel doesnt have it's own parking facilities but a nearby 24 hour carpark provides good quality parking for a reasonable fee. We will definitely look at staying there again.

Great location and right price. The hotel has recently been done up and looks great and will not break the budget. Beds are hard, but rooms have what you need and don't feel budget. Staff are helpful enough, it's a budget hotel after all.

We visited Dublin during what I believe is the high season, with many tourist and the town centre being extremely busy. easyHotel Dublin City was the perfect choice for a comfortable and low budget stay. The rooms are small but it has everything you need for a short stay to the highest standard. Super clean, comfortable beds, black out curtains, nice shower and brilliant service provided by the reception and so quiet. It is located on the north side of the river, away from the bustle and noise, but just a short walk from Dublin's main train station, shopping and tourist attractions. Highly recommend.

A very quick business trip organised at short notice. This hotel has everything required, although the bedroom is small, with no workspace available. The staff were excellent and tge hitel was ckean.
