I stay here every time I’m in Dublin. The staff is amazing, very accommodating. The rooms are super clean and you can easily walk to the temple bar area, Jameson and Guinness. Also close to the zoo.

You know exactly what you are getting with this chain and that suited me just fine. Perfectly walkable to the major sights or if you prefer there is a LUAS tram stop a couple of minutes away. Nice quiet area, and just across the river from the Guiness brewery and storehouse. Room was clean and just right for a short break.

We stayed for 8 days, and they told us at check in that they would clean the room on our 4th day. They cleaned some of it, but didn't change our sheets. They only take trash if you put it outside your room early in the morning, so be sure to do that before bed.

The rooms were tiny. There was 1 towel, no washcloths for face or shower and charges for any housekeeping. The pillows were flat and when we requested another, even 2 pillows together were flat. Parking is charged extra at a public garage, 5 minutes walk away.

Was woken at 3.06 am by window cleaner cleaning windows with long pole (we were in room 410 on the 4th floor). Very disappointed with the hotel because of this.

Trip of a Lifetime

The beds are really hard , the rooms are really small it would be nice to have a regular plugin in the bathroom for blow dryers or curling irons period it's so different from the United States not having coffee service in the room or a refrigerator for cold beverages for a microwave. The staff was exceptional the location was great it was very clean and very pleasant and I would definitely recommend a stay here. We traveled from Washington state farm Iceland air for one night stayed in Iceland, went to Dublin for two nights, under Belfast by train one night, onto London Derry two nights on to Scotland for three nights back to Dublin for one night and then on our way to Washington state here
Spread restaurant next door to our hotel highly recommend for breakfast.
Milanos overrated food really wasn't that great.

Bare-bones, institutional, dorm-like feel but at "real hotel" prices. Not sure why anyone would seek that? Staff were friendly and congenial. I reserved, but after arrival, did not stay.

No frills hotel

What you see is what you get here. No frills hotel. When i say no frills i mean it. You get a double bed, a bathroom and a tv. The room is TINY. Couldnt even leave my suitcase open. Bed is quite hard and is a small double. No ironing board or hairdryer in the room, althought you can ask for it downstairs and extra pillows also need to be requested downstairs. No phone in room so have to go to lobby if you want anything. Just know what you're booking. Hotel isnt bad and the staff were great but know that it is basic and small. Most importantly its clean. Sits along side the tram line which is convenient for going downtown and to the train station.
