I thought it was good, clean, basic accommodation. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The food I had there was very nice and reasonably priced. There was a really nice vibe about the place; it seems to attract a nice kind of guest. The shower was great, lots of very hot water, good water pressure. Perfect location for me: 20 minutes walk from Heuston train station; 20 minutes from the concert I was attending that night. I had a private room with two single beds. I thought they were quite narrow, but that's probably because it's a long time since I've slept in a single bed. That's the only negative thing I can think of, and it can't be that all that serious because I'll be back next time I need accommodation in Dublin City Centre.

The property location is perfect but lacking in customer service. 2 staff at reception ignored us for 2 minutes while they were talking and did not even acknowledge our presence. We were in front of them and the least they could have done is to say will be with you shortly? We also told reception that the hair conditioner dispenser is empty on our 1st day but until we left, it was never refilled.

The trip was to see a concert at Croke Park. This accommodation was central and east to find pubs and things to do. Never had any problems and wasn’t extend checkout at front desk.

Best suited for young travelers or those indifferent to the comfort of their accommodations. Upon check-in we were provided room keys and access to another guest's room. It made for a horrible first impression -- as the staff was working to figure out the situation we could overhear them mentioning that the room has supposed to be empty for days which alluded to there being a squatter in the hotel/hostel. Additionally, there was an elevator that was broken in 10 floor building so this made going and coming very inconvenient as a guest on the 8th floor. We booked this last minute not realizing that it was more of a hostel ... but didn't realize due to the surge pricing of weekend.

Location was great, room with bathroom/ toilet exceeded expectations. All facilities were clean and well kept. Breakfast buffet was lovely with a lot of variety they even packed one on the day of my travel since I left early before they started serving. Every night they had some sort of entertainment.

Checking in, you could tell the workers were everywhere and didnt work cohesively. It was a busy weekend because Taylor Swift was in town. The outlets in the bed didnt work so they made us wait at the front desk for portable chargers that charged for like 5-15 minutes before dying. The bathrooms were not cleaned everyday. The first night I checked into a used bed and told them I was changing. The first night I played trivia and won a free drink. I dont drink much so I decided to keep the pass for later. When I wanted to use it, I went to the bar around 10/11 at night and the bartender pretended like he didnt see me. He was skipping over me, multiple times. After waiting 20 minutes and him continuously acting like he didnt see me, I told him excuse me ive been waiting. He goes I didnt see you, im tired, ill serve you next. He literally lied, he just didnt want to serve me. I know he saw me because there wasnt many people and he intentionally kept taking people over me. When I gave him my free pass he acted like I stole it and asked where I got it from, he was being racist to me and the 2 other Black girls. The irony is he was playing the game when I won the pass! The next day I tried ordering a baileys hot chocolate. The coffee station sent me to the bar, then the bar sent me to the coffee station and they argued about making my drink for 2 mins before someone started to make it. This place is nice and convenient but theres so much that needs to be addressed it ridiculous
