The room itself was very nice, but the reception staff was not the most helpful and did a poor job of explaining some things. The nearby fast food restaurants are drive-thru only after 8pm so local food options are limited besides the (very crowded) on-site restaurant. Parking was pricey considering what we were already paying for the hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was good. Works great if you need a place with big rooms with quick access to the motorway, just be ready to jump through a few hoops with parking, check-in, and getting you bags to the room.

Highly Recommend
Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location excellent. Dinner in the restaurant was really good and cost reasonable by Dublin standards. Other eating options available in the area. Car park available. Will stay here again

I booked my room last week and when arrived, they didn't have rooms. They told me that they would send me to another hotel and they pay the taxi. After arriving, the hotel was closed and I had to pay the taxi. I haven't had any other worse experience ever. No hotel room was given to me and i had to sleep on the street

Overpriced, out dated and dirty..
So overpriced - no breakfast in extortionate rate and a wee bonus of having to pay more to park. Rubbisg, food wasted and wet towels lying in entrance hall of suits for my first 2 nights there, took a complaing to the management to get it moved who by the way, could not have cared less. Bar staff excellent, reception on arrival piss poor. Would I stay there again, only if there was no other hotel available in the Northern Hemisphere.

The property has a very inconvenient check in time especially for travellers like us who has an overnight flight. There was no early check in and once we got into our room the shower was broken. There is no noise cancelling between rooms and no temperature control. Would not recommend

A very noisy area - outside especially was woken up numerous times by people shouting and screaming. I also ordered food and the two wrong items arrived. Also my car park ticket wouldn’t work as I was leaving, I had to reverse the car out, park it, go back to reception to get another ticket.

Nice place to stay
We had a lovely stay. We spent 3 nights there, then traveled around for a few days, the came back for 3 more nights. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good, and a very nice lady named Sharon was super friendly and helpful every morning. The front desk staff was very helpful, calling taxis for us every day.

I like the hotel room but when i checked in my room there is hair all over in bathroom tub small mens hair and same hair i had in my bed duvet and this was disappointing for me otherwise room condition was good and staff was friendly and helpful
