The overall looks of the property is very nice and the dining area with the breakfast option was all very well put together. My only grip is one of the days of the week I was there. I was down with my one year-old baby girl, and I ordered a Caesar salad. Apparently I did not pay for it and I assumed it was going to be charged to the room. I waited 30 minutes with nothing and then when I asked about it, they asked if I would want to pay for it so I said of course, and then I waited another 30 minutes, but still no salad until I asked about it and they had it right out to me. That was pretty offputting, especially trying to entertain a one year-old child for over an hour waiting for a simple salad. Other than that, everything about the experience of the hotel was very good with very quick service when it came to room service and deliver delivering us towels that we want

Place is lovely, staff are generally friendly & amenable to groups & kids (which is great). Food & drink a bit pricey. Would recommend to stay if meeting a group of friends.

My sister and I really enjoyed our time here at this hotel. It was about a 30 minute ride on the Luas from downtown Dublin and was very close to the stop. We felt safe here and enjoyed the property. Our only problem was that our heater was broken so on the first night, a maintenance man brought up a plug in heater and it was fine. The next day we called because our wall heater was having the same issue we called about previously (clicking loudly) and we were told someone would be up the next morning to look at it, but no-one ever came. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.
