Rude catering staff member

The stay was great, However, was there for an allergy conference and an catering staff member put out almond milk for coffee (however this is an allergy conference where nuts are a referred too) one or the organizers of the program saw this, and removed, then this staff member put it back and then I intervened and said maybe you want to remove that, she said I was looking for it and then put it back and besides milk can be an allergy too, I said I’m sorry we are actually discussing nuts, and please leave it not by the coffee and milk. She began actually yelling at me and telling I was wrong. Seriously? Another conference member I was speaking with was astonished how rude and arrogant she was at my daughter and I for no reason at all.

Great airport if looking for a place close to the airport with good food and shuttle service. There is some airport noise so I recommend a white noise machine if that bothers you. Room is comfy but we had a ghost tv that kept turning itself on, even after we put the remote in a drawer. The lobby is great filled with multiple eating options, the bar and bar menu were very good. Airport Shuttle wait can be 30 min and it does not have a set schedule (we were told). Also allow a 5-8 minute walk from shuttle stop to terminal 1 or 2.
