Arrived from a late night flight wanting to sleep before a 5 hour drive. Unfortunately, workmen banging and drilling at 7 o’clock a few hours later put paid to this. At checkout, we complained and were told they weren’t supposed to start until 10 o’clock. As a concession our parking was complimentary but future guests should be informed if work is being carried out. The hotel is huge and, as the receptionist stated, we really should’ve been put in a different room.

Stay was good. Alarm would go off randomly and once in the middle of the night for no reason. Our key cards stopped working after the second day, and parking is advertised as 13 a day but we had to pay 21 for one overnight stay. Other than that, the stay was fine. It’s in a good location where you can walk to almost anything.

Not really sure what VIP is about our stay! Nothing out of the ordinary. It’s probably my 10th stay here. The hvac system was a complete issue to operate! Food in the bar was good .

We absolutely loved this hotel and now I want to stay at more of their locations! We stayed here not expecting much just to be close to the airport but it was a gorgeous hotel, friendly people, amazing food and THE BEDS OMG. The Italian restaurant and the breakfast buffet were delicious but I can’t stop thinking about how unbelievable the beds and pillows were. I wish I could get those at home. Highly recommend Clayton!
