Wonderful, but needs improvement!

The experience at this hotel was great. The only issue I had was that their pillows smelled sweaty and not washed which really made me feel very disgusted as I did not expect a hotel in that reputation for cleanliness would have such a problem. Also, the first day we arrived I noticed the toilet had pee spots on it which really really disgusted me as well and I had to call reception and they came up and cleaned it up right away, but my first impression was very disappointing but overall I really recommend the hotel the service the stuff everything was wonderful and just the whole experience felt great.

This is a large hotel with a large parking garage. I was directed to overflow parking first night and there was no available parking the second night. I returned the rental car early and used the shuttle to get me to the airport. There is an extra charge to park. The room was comfortable.

This was a very well run hotel. Very big which made for difficulty in finding a parking spot. Lots of guests leave their car at the hotel and travel because it’s so close to the airport. The service was very good and the rooms were very well maintained and clean. Overall I recommend this hotel when looking to book a place close to the airport.

Easy access to the airport after a long trip, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant does takeaway, so you don’t have to do room delivery if you want more options. Quiet, convenient, and there is a shuttle to the airport. Everything we needed.
